Makes using the grinder so simple- freedom of movement through battery power and literally change the disc in 3 seconds and away you go again- love the xlock system and I got it at a discount because the original packaging was damaged so absolute win win for me- highly recommended tool

Cut in to uneven concrete floor to help level out a corner. Worked well, a small job but essential and solved a problem. Grinding on concrete would be problematic over bigger area, with this tool. General grinding on metal and sanding is first rate. Hope this helps, always source the right disc for the job.

The freedom of cordless
I never thought that a cordless grinder was something worth getting. But as my old one broke I decided to get this one.So much freedom of movement that I never knew I was missing before.Although the X-lock system is great, it severely limits the options of getting discs and accessoires. So it significantly increases the price of consumables.So it’s a bit like getting a cheap printer, then paying out the nose for cartridges later.

Belle machine
J’ai acheté cette machine pour m’aider à construire un bassin dans mon jardin. Elle est vraiment top, équipée de bons disques et d’un accus de 4A, elle va partout, n’est pas trop lourde et le disque se change super facilement et rapidement avec le système X-Lock. Une grosse secousse ou un choque et le disque cesse de tourné “presque” instantanément, qu’elle sécurité pour vos mains. Elle disque béton, parpaing et fer de mes treillis sans soucis, et la batterie 4A tient bien la charge malgré l’effort. Je vais remplacer toutes mes machines par du Bosch Pro sur batterie.
