Looks awesome for a bit holder. Nice solid mechanism to engage and hold bits securely. The blue Irwin bit is just a rubber strip which I doubt will last long at all but doesn’t affect performance. Shall see how long it lasts before starting to jam but so far so good. Never get more than a year even our of dear wera ones for heavy duty use in an impact driver.

I have quite a few Irwin tools, usually the quality is quite high, but this time it’s a fail. After about 50 screws building a staircase, the thing just went to pieces. Bit annoying as I bought this to hold the small bits for this particular job.

So far, I’ve tried a few house-hold names for bit holders and tested them under different conditions.The “Steve” Irwin holders (Sorry, we have names for our tools in my garage) are solid. When putting a bit in, you know it’s in as it sucks it in with the magnet and clips. When you’re taking it out, it spits it out nicely too.Definitely worth trying out, in place of other names.

Diesen Bithalter verwende ich meist zusammen mit meinen Bosch (blau) Akkuschraubern und bin damit zufrieden, derSchnellverschluss lässt sich leichtgängig bedienen und hält die Bits bombenfest. Der Preis ist auch moderat und dieBithalter lassen sich auch gut reinigen, daher eine klare Empfehlung von mir.Ich nutze die Bithalter zusammen mit dem Bosch (blau) GSB 10,8V und GSR 10,8V (2 AH Litium Akkus)und bin damit wirklich sehr zufrieden.
