Wish I purchased this years ago. No more moving the Karcher when washing the car. Easy to attach and remove when finished. The connection is showing wear as it gets pulled across the ground but this doesn’t effect the performance. Recommend

The Kärcher 2.641-709.0 Hose Extension 6m K 2 – K 7 out of the box looks professional quality with brass connections and a strong well fitting quick connection this allow the extension to be easily and quickly connected. The hoses is made from a strong tough plastics combined with the the strong brass fittings makes this a long lasting extension. Combine this with the interchangeability of the quick connect system means that it can be used in the large Kärcher range from K 2 – K 7. The extra length given by the Kärcher 2.641-709.0 Hose Extension 6 m K 2 – K 7 make jobs easier as there is no need to move the machine this helps keep everything out the way of spray and dirt producted by the pressure washer making operation cleaner and safer. The overall size is perfect for use with wet hand as the hose is large than the standard hose provided as shown in the images attached this makes gripping easy when disconnecting.Overall this is a great addition to any Kärcher K pressure washer.In addition the k2 requires you to remove the quick connect and attach it to the pressure washer as shown in the images

If you are planning to do a lot of power washing over large areas, you will probably end up wanting one of these. My K4 washer comes with a 6m hose and without this extension I am constantly dragging the machine, extension leads and hoses around as I clean. Adding this to your set up gives you a 12m radius for cleaning and this is much easier all round. It has the Karcher snap on connections, so do not purchase this hose if your washer has screw on fittings. As is usual with Karcher equipment, it is very good quality and very well made. This unfortunately leads to my only issues with it. It is very rigid for a flexible hose and the snap on connectors do not swivel. After a while you will notice that the hose is constantly pushing against the gun trying to move your hand in some other direction. As you use it the hose gets twisted and the snap fit connection does not swivel to remove the kinks, because the hose is so rigid it tries to straighten itself which puts pressure on the gun handle. I find myself stopping every half hour or so to straighten out the hose removing the kinks. This can be a little annoying after a while, but is only an issue if you are washing large areas or moving around a lot. Also it is extremely difficult to store the hose on the unit as coiling it is a nightmare. You just have to spend extra time manipulating the hose and the gun to achieve something resembling a decent coil for storage. These are minor issues and as mentioned are the result of the hose being such good quality, but they annoy me enough to remove a star of something that really should get 5.You will not regret getting an extension hose in spite of these two quibbles, it will transform your power washing experience! It is a quality product at a good price!

Anyone who has a Karcher should invest in one of these, I can now place the Karcher at the back gate & wash both cars without moving it

Great, good quality, seems durable and more robust than the standard hose that comes with the pressure washer.And doesn’t kink as much as people make out. Bring the hose out straight, let the water run through without power (this then helps extend the life of your pressure washer by not starving the motor of water) and away you go.Of course it may kink in parts but what do you expect when it’s stored in a similar way

This fits well on my K2 Compact pressure washer. The hose itself is far too rigid which makes it infuriating to use. It constantly coils up and gets tangled. I’ve tried leaving it stretched out on a sunny day before use but made little difference. If Karcher are the experts in this field, then surely they know these hoses need to be flexible and lay straight!!Expensive for how poor it is to use.

This hose extension looked like great quality and was just what i was looking for. I checked that as it was compatible with many models of the Karcher pressure washer which included a 2 and my one is a 2.4 that it would fit, but sadly it did not,. so unfortunately, I had to return it.

Great help for a miserable task , but tough and inflexible.
The 6m extension really made dragging around the pressure washer a thing of the past , quality really good , German made, free UK international shipping , pressure drop with a Karcher K5 very minimal, but not as soft & flexible as the original K5 10m hose. Price was good and overall an excellent purchase. There is a 10m extension , but this 6m makes more sense, lightweight, cheaper, small to store and top quality.
