For the price, I think this is excellent value. Although the construction is all plastic, it’s quite robust and as long as you don’t chuck it around it should be fine with normal use. The patio cleaner’s shroud is made of flimsier plastic, so it feels like I need to be a little bit more careful about storing that. You need to add the wheels and handles to the unit when you unbox it, but everything just clicks into place and I was ready to wash in just a few minutes.The first thing I noticed is how much quieter the pump motor is on this machine compared to a little cheaper no-brand washer of similar spec I borrowed from a neighbour last year. I don’t feel the need to try and muffle this one by putting a bin over it to avoid annoying the neighbours!Despite its thin plastic feel, the patio cleaner works really very well indeed. There’s far less overspray and it cleans away a winter’s worth of muck and algae far quicker than using a lance. Because it’s circular, you will need to get the lance out to “cut in” the edges, but even with that I can clean the whole patio and path in less than half the time it takes with just a lance.Speaking of lances, the two that you get in this kit will cover pretty much all the situations you would come across for normal household use. The vario lance can adjust the pressure to 3 levels (softest suitable for fencing, middle for cars, and then a hard setting, as well as a “mix” setting to draw detergent into the stream – I haven’t used this yet so can’t comment). The jet comes out in a fan shape, so it’s good for rinsing down wide areas like patios and doing cars. The other lance is a fixed high-pressure “dirt blaster” that uses a ball bearing to give you a fast, circular jet that’s designed for shifting stuff off stone, brick, and concrete or similar surfaces. Hold the jets closer to the surface to get more impact, move them away for less force.Although it doesn’t mention it in the manual, I used the extension piece meant for the patio cleaner with the lances and as someone who’s 6ft tall, this meant I didn’t have to lean over at all to use it. Bonus!The unit is lightweight – you really don’t need wheels to move it – the accessories work very well (particularly the patio cleaner) and it’s not too noisy in use. As long as you don’t regularly need to clean huge quantities of mud off tractors or blast back surfaces to bare metal or something I think this unit is perfect for most households.

Liked the quality of the product, the compact size, the power output.Didn’t like the short high pressure hose, almost unusable unless you want to stand still while you clean, otherwise you have to keep dragging the pressure washer around with you. Unfortunately, genuine Karcher 10m hoses are ridiculously overpriced (£90+), so took the Chinese route at £29.99, and am happy so far… I’ve cleaned several cars since I’ve had it, and cleaned the patio and paving. It really does work as good as the videos online!Overall, a quality, well designed product that’s easy to set up and use.One other niggle: Could manufacturers please stop requiring excessive personal information in order to register the guarantee online?Do you really need my date of birth to guarantee your product? If I decline to provide a date of birth, it blocks the registration. If you want my marketing information, try asking… I may decline, but don’t make it a condition of providing the guarantee.Result: I didn’t bother registering, I’m sure it will last a reasonable time, and if not, I will try another brand.

Who would have imagined that cleaning could be so much fun! This was easier to set up than I expected and worked a treat, clearing many years of dirt, moss and algae from my drive and paths. I’d never own a pressure washer before so i was a little skeptical about what I would achieve and wondered whether I had wasted my money. I needn’t have worried. After a couple of hours, I’d totally transformed both the front and back of my property merely by clearing away years of accumulated grime from bricks and concrete. What a great tool!

My husband purchased this pressure washer a few weeks ago to clean the drive in preparation for resanding. It worked really well and the paving cleaned up nicely. It is a fairly robust product and should last. So far so good. We have other Karcher products so knew that it would be a decent quality.It was good value for money at the price we paid and I would definitely recommend.

The instructions are in German and English, and not easy to understand, the water soap water does not worl, there should be a bottom to the circular cleaner according to the store Leroy Merlin.It does not remove stains.The plug is in English, so you have to buy an adapter.Not happy at all.
