The Kärcher K 4 Power Control Pressure Washer, Pressure: max 130 bar with water-cooled motor cleans an area of up to 30 m2 per hour with maximum 130 bar pressure. The Home & Garden app can be used to find the right setting for the pressure washer for every cleaning situation. The Kärcher K 4 Power Control Pressure Washer, Pressure: max 130 bar has three pressure settings and one detergent setting, which can be read off the high-pressure gun’s display at any time. Using detergent is particularly easy thanks to the Plug ‘n’ Clean system.

I purchased the K4 as a replacement for the K5 that I neglected and caused to break, buying the K4 was cheaper than a repair. I was not expecting it to be as good but it is. There is no power control on the wand etc but that now just seems to me to be an un necessary extravagance. The K4 is excellent for my needs. The ‘spray lance dirt grinder’ is superb. The pressure it creates in the spiral was enough to remove the stubborn Lichen/Algae from my wall which had been there for many years. The unit is very easy to assemble and a pleasure to use. It has made light work of my block paving and patio paving. I recommend this unit to anyone wanting a reasonably priced unit that can do ALL of the domestic cleaning they need

Spent a lot of time looking at different jet sprays but eventually went for this one, and after the first use I know I went for the right machine. After using the the Karcher K4 I found the results to be amazing to the stage that I had forgotten how the patio slabs had looked after I had them laid.ProsThe parts are easy to put together, and you are up and running quickly. The water line also has enough length that you don’t have to keep moving all the parts around too much.The power this machine has was more than enough to complete jobs around the house, including washing my car.There is an app that you can download which shows you the best settings to use on different surfaces, although this is not necessary if you don’t want the app on your phone.There are many accessories that can be added to the machine to enable you to do even more.The Stone and Paving Cleaner that was included helped with the clean, and as my wife commented left the are smelling fresh and clean, so mush so I have ordered extra bottles for next time I use it.ConsThe only issue I’ve had is that there is a yellow part from the round surface cleaner that gets stuck in the the handle part when swapping tools around and if you don’t notice you can’t change the different attachments around unless you remove it which can be fiddly and frustrating until you workout what has actually happened.Overall I would definitely recommend the Karcher K4 for getting them cleaning jobs around the house done, and I don’t believe I would need a bigger machine to get this done so really happy with what I have.

This is my forth Karcher pressure washer.Although a fair few years has passed between each of the purchases if I look at the number of hours use I have had from each of them before something has gone wrong I don’t feel that it will count up to many hours useage.So why do I keep purchasing them?Well I have a number of accessories for one.It was also at an unbeatable Amazon price.Another reason is that in most cases parts are readily available and for the most part not too difficult to fix.So I have been lucky to recoup some of the expense of my other models by selling them on.To date I have not been quite so lucky with my previous K4 that is testing my repair skills!To send this off for Karcher to repair is not economically viable as it is nearly as much as what I paid for the new one so I have had to bite the bullet and purchase this one.Despite the large box there is some assembly before you can use the pressure washer.The task of assembly is made easier by downloading an app that walks you through it.Some plastic panels, the wheels, top pull handle and bottom stand all fix with pozi screws (no driver supplied).I know how to put this together but even so I took a look at the app and it is much better than using paper instructions.I registered my new purchase via the app too which is really convenient.My new K4 has improved with an uprated spray gun. Gone is the battery powered light up pressure indicator to be replaced with a much simpler none electronic yellow indicator which probably works more reliably.The vario lance is also different to my older one with its new chunkier design it is easier to adjust and appears to offer a seemingly more powerful spray.The hose is 2 metres longer than its predecessor.At 8 metres it is much easier to get around a car without having to use an extension hose.A big but though is it has lost its wind up reel in favour of you manually coiling it up yourself and hanging it on a hook at the back of the machine.It takes up more space, more difficult to coil up, gets tangled and I really don’t like this idea at all.The hose is quite pliable though.The machine is quiet and reasonably powerful.It will clean my car, garage door, window frames, patio and block paving drive.It has got a two year guarantee.It is easy to manoeuvre with its extendable handle and large wheels.It has a long electrical flex with moulded plug.It comes with a dirt blaster accessory included.

Absolutely loving this power washer. Already used to clean my terraces, house brickwork, the car, paths, outside windows, doors etc.The machine and attachments are very well built, although there was a bit of final assembly to do when it was delivered- took about 30 minutes.The machine is very powerful and its fine jet cuts through decades old dirt, moss and, in our case, sea gull dropping with ease. Be aware it can also blast out loose concrete too.You need a garden hose and a good pair of wellington boots!

The cost of having my windows and cladding professionally cleaned was prohibitive. So I bought a pressure washer and cleaned my own!!! Easy to assemble and step by step usage instructions. Windows and cladding were sparkling so then I did the patio. Excellent performance and strangely addictive.
