Bought the K5 with the extra circular patio attachment. FYI you will need to be home to collect the parcel due to the value. Came in a sturdy box with all the instructions you need, personally I registered the item using the QR code on the instructions on the app and followed directions from there. You need a screwdriver to put the wheels and other bits on but overall was easy to assemble.It is heavy to lift but comes with wheels and a handle to pull it along like a suitcase which is convenient.It makes a bit of noise but not as loud as I had imagined. The attachments are easy to swap over as and when required. It’s definitely worth getting the extra patio attachment as it made the work a lot quicker, using the power lance to finish it off. Was able to blast 2 years of grime off the patio with not much issue at all. The before and after speaks for itself.My only gripes are that the power cable could be longer and the jet hose gets kinked very easily, making it a bit of a faff to keep untangling but you get used to it. It can be tricky to coil it back up and keep it neat on the machine, it would be helpful if there were two hooks to wrap it around rather than just one.

This Karcher K5 is a really good machine and the patio cleaner works very well on my suspended tile patio. But beware, Kärcher seems to have an issue with quality control which was very frustrating. After assembling the machine, the pressure hose dropped off…..after some head scratching it became clear that the little clip that holds the hose in to the elbow on the machine end had never been fitted at the factory! Luckily Amazon also sell this clip but my pressure washing plans had to be put off by a few days. Amazon dealt with the issue very fairly by offering a partial refund so well done Amazon customer care….. less well done to karcher for letting the machine out of the factory in this state in the first place.

Early days to comment on this power washer, however I am disappointed with the flimsy pressure hose.It comes coiled up and wants to recoil during and after use, it is continually trying to bend/cease.Thinking about it now, I wish I had gone for one that has a reel to coil the hose on to.The cleaning performance seems ok, for what bit I have done up to now.

We all had pressure washers before, our old k2 was ok but cleaning the flags and patio was a slow process.I had seen the adverts etc and bit the bullet and bought one, I was prepared for it to be .. not as good as advertised, but as shown in the video, it takes minutes to clean a path that’s not been done for maybe 3 yrs..it actually works and I really quick and easy… shocked. Karcher please put put some effort it to pipe and mains cable management , yeah pretty picture on the box.. in the real world you end up wrapping in round the device as it won’t hang on one hook. Stop wasting time and effort on pointless Bluetooth work, who actually needs its it? Fix the cable management then it’s perfect

Ordered this to replace an old K4.600.After managing to put it together (after having to download the app for instructions – not sure I will need the app again!) I washed my cars and seemed to work with no issues, although on this occasion only used it to initial rinse and final rinse and used the old trusted method of shampoo and wax in a bucket of hot water and a sponge for main wash, so haven’t tried the provided bottles.

The unit had to have handles and plastic pieces screwed on, out of the box and attach wheels. Upon review, after built it, noticed bottle attachment not attached inside. What a waste of time, in the space of 20 mins the wheel came off twice as well- vey disappointing ,for a higher end Karcher. After dismantling and re-boxing, the return was problematic, 2 days no show, no time slot and now have to wait 14 days for refund. Karcher, you need to do better!
