Efficient, stylish, easy to use.However, pay the extra to have the superior K7 with the winding drum for the pressure hose. I didn’t and have an untidy bundle of hose and cable, and regret it!!!

I never like to write stuff like this but, here we are…I can’t tell you how well or poor the K7 Karcher functions as I haven’t had chance to use it but feel it’s important to document the issue; the supposedly brand new I was sent had clearly been used. Parts appeared to be already put together, unwrapped, and scuffed. There was also some oily residue on the lance.This is the 2nd Karcher product I have had to return (K4 which was leaking on setup, possibly also previously used?).Interesting, the speed of return request without quibble, gives me the feeling this happens often, where; Karcher reseal returned goods, and resell as new.This is annoying for two reasons; they’re not new, and more importantly the haven’t been checked on return before repacking, leading to defective goods going out again. If you’re buying any of their products, check thoroughly, if you feel it’s been used, return immediately and raise a review similar to mine. They need to improve this area and no doubt their QA.
