The DHR182ZJ SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer is powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included) with brushless motor, to deliver up to 1,350 rpm, 5,000 bpm and 1.7 J impact energy. The DHR182ZJ is not compatible with G-Series batteries.
The Makita DHR182ZJ 18V Li-ion LXT Brushless 18mm SDS is equipped with variable speed controlled by trigger, constant speed control to automatically apply additional power to the motor to maintain constant speed under load and torque limiter to prevent gear damage by automatically disengaging the gears if a bit binds.
As well as three mode operation for rotary only, rotary with hammer and hammer only, the Makita DHR182ZJ 18V Li-ion LXT Brushless 18mm SDS has a one touch sliding chuck for quick and easy bit intsallations and removals, depth gauge for increased drilling consistency and conveniently locted push button for reverse rotation.
