This works perfectly and has replaced 3 of my tools in one go. The torque on this is insane for its size. I have been able to drill all day in masonry with the 5.0-ah battery.

This is a solid piece of kit and is capable of pretty much anything you want to put it up against. What really earned the five stars was the service given. If you have any questions or issues they are quick to respond, helpful and understanding. They really care! I am really happy with this company and when I buy tools in the future I’ll be checking if these guys have one in stock before thinking about going somewhere else.

I latched onto this line of Ryobi products after spotting them in numerous YouTube DIY videos. Having now bought both this drill and the impact driver, I can only say I understand why they’re so popular. It’s a really well built piece of kit, and the consistent lineup and battery packs make it very easy to plug and play. I bought 2.5Ah batteries and the charge lasts … well I’ve not drained a battery yet. The drill easily drilled into masonry when my industrial drill was out of commission for a short while.Ultimately, very happy with my purchase. Will buy more in this Ryobi line when the need arises.

We have already few tools from Ryobi range and needed a drill for masonry. This one fit the budget. It fantastic, makes the holes in the wall like a dream. Highly recommended!

My previous (slightly smaller) ryobi died recently. Still, overall I was happy with the quality for the money, I did a lot of projects with it, so I decided to buy another Ryobi product. This time the drill bit is a bit bigger/heavier. The most annoying part of it is the sound! You don’t expect that kind of sound from a cordless drill, but this model has it.Overall, it’s good so far.

I had a Ryobi one+ drill for years (10) but it gave way through the gearbox giving in. I went with Ryobi again and I’m more than pleased. Firstly the e-torque feature is amazing, it has different settings for each mode. If you put it in screw tighten mode it uses high and low torque on the selector this gives you 20 settings. If you switch it in to drill its high and low speed, and if you’re using hammer action I think it’s low and high torque again but don’t quote me on the hammer action. It seems to be only ever so quite faster on setting 1 compared to setting 2 so i’m assuming its torque not speed. It’ll take up to 13mm bits unless you’re using a wood spade ended hole cutter which it’ll do up to 50mm. Another quality thing is the chuck is all steel and the drill itself feels quality in your hand and to use.

Excellent Product – My first Ryobi tool and was very impressed.Having been a casual DIY’er for many years using Black and Decker drills with underpowered NiCd batteries, I decided to take to plunge and buy into the Ryobi brand together with a 4ah lithium battery. What a change. This drill has so much power and the battery lasts for ages. It has made me much more productive with DIY jobs around the house. I no longer put jobs off for another day and actively look for jobs to do!!Good Points,Light and PowerfulPrecise ControlBuilt in lightBad PointsNoneThis drill is as good as a corded drill. I have yet to find a job that this drill can’t cope with.

I have used and owned Ryobi products for years both as DIY and on the job. Both my drills are over 15 years old now. They came with nicad batteries but worn out I upgraded to 2.4 amp/hrs lion batteries. I have used this drill today and super impressed. Such an upgrade on what I was using. I also bought new 5.0 amp/hrs batteries and they are excellent.
