I found this to be of much better quality than I was expecting for the price. The shoulder support is perfectly spaced for my medium body frame and the padding and straps do not cut into my shoulders when carrying a 20kg load even with just a very light t-shirt on. The straps are adjustable for length and should cover a good range of heights. (I’m 5’10” and the as-delivered middle position was spot on, with 6″ of adjustment down and up.) Coupled with a good padded belt these let you carry decent loads safely from your shoulders with no strain on your lower back.When using their own padded belt and there are just two quick push-release clasps and a Velcro strap on the belt to fully remove or wear the entire set. With four pouches on the belt I have 11 decent usable pockets for screws, bits, etc (plus 6 on my trousers), plus 21 screwdriver loops, two tape measure bars and two hammer loops, without feeling like I am carrying a rubber ring around my waist. The larger pouches have sturdy deployable support legs on their rear too so you can detach them and place on a level surface (or hook behind roof battens, etc).The best bit about the whole ClipTech system is how modular it is whilst retaining a single secure button to release the pouches. I have the various pouches prefilled for different tasks with all the hand tools I need for each job and simply clip them off of the wall bars (TOU-53) and straight onto the belt clips. No more fishing around in tool bags to collect different tools and trying to find a spare belt loop or pocket to wedge them in. Their little 8″ tote bags with a clip on one end are great for carrying bulkier items like label printers or testers with you, and you can carry a pouch on the side with your screwdrivers, etc, on and just clip it off and on to your belt when you don’t need the tote.I have saved a good 15-20 mins a day from not having to rummage through tool bags and make trips back and forth to change my tools.

Fantastic braces heavy duty adjustable looks good and most importantly comfortableThe unique o hooks offer a secure hold without having to worry about it popping off or snappingShoulder pads are thick enough to provide comfort yet not so thick that you can wear it under a jumperIn addition to the o clips there is also a clip on the chest I personally don’t use this it butIt could work very well for ppl with a small frame

The suspenders are good quality but didn’t come with the belt clips to attach them

Really sturdy and good at keeping the belt up. It just fits me and I’m a big and tall guy.

They are good, my only reason for 3 stars is I’m 6ft 2inch and there is not quite anoth adjustment to get the belt to sit quite right on my waist. Other than that a good solid sturdy suspender.

I have today that when this arrived I had my doubts as to whether it would fit but I love it. I have the belt and 3 different pouches which are easy to swap about. Definitely stops your toolbelt pulling your trousers down and having to keep adjusting them.

TOUGHBUILT TOU-CT-51 Padded SuspendersIt is described as Compatible with all ToughBuilt padded belts, it is not compatible with my Padded Belt Heavy Duty Buckle / Back Support (TB-CT-41P). It did not come with the eyes to attach the suspenders to the belt.Oh and the the product codes don’t match, what arrived was the TB-CT-51 and not the TOU-CT-51 in the description. Not that the matters as neither product code are on Toughbuilt’s website.Will be returning
